ZEPHYR LATENT PRINT BRUSH
The ZEPHYR® Fiberglass Brush is the finest brush ever developed for use in applying latent print powder to dust for latent fingerprints. The 6 1/2″ long brush consists of thousands of fiber bundles, each being composed of over a hundred individual treated-glass filaments. The diameter of the glass filaments is a fraction of the diameter of regular hair fibers used in other fingerprint brushes, resulting in a brush with unsurpassed working qualities. The outstanding characteristics of the ZEPHYR® brush are its long life, capacity to pick up and retain large amounts of fingerprint powder, and the fact that the filament ends become softer with use. |
BREEZE LATENT PRINT BRUSH
The BREEZE Disposable Fiberglass Brush is a single-use, disposable latent print brush designed for use at crime scenes where cross-contamination concerns may be an issue. This brush uses the same ultra-soft fibers used in the Zephyr fingerprint brush; however it uses less fibers, which makes it slightly less full and a more economical option for a disposable brush. Each Breeze brush is individually packed, sealed, and UV sterilized, so there are no concerns about outside contaminants being introduced into a crime scene. Independent tests indicate that the UV sterilization measures eliminate any traces of DNA. Vertical Divider
